Hotel Sabrina Limited is set to issue ordinary shares to the public through a primary public offering. To manage this process, the hotel has appointed NMB Capital Limited as its institutional consultant and issue and sales manager.
The agreement for this collaboration was signed on Ashadh 22, 2081, by Nirajan Thapa, Founder and Chairman of Hotel Sabrina Limited, and Deepesh Kumar Vaidya, CEO of NMB Capital Limited. Mr. Thapa announced that the share issuance process will commence promptly once all regulatory requirements are met.
Hotel Sabrina, situated at Ganesh Chowk, Budhanilkanth-06, Kathmandu, has achieved significant acclaim since its inception. In 2021, it was honored as the best hotel in Nepal by the Hotel Critics and Bloggers Association and Hotel.com.
Currently, the hotel is managed under the “Regenta Place” brand of Royal Orchid Hotel, which operates over 100 hotels across more than 48 locations. Hotel Sabrina holds the distinction of being the first hotel in Nepal to be managed under this prestigious brand.
This public offering is expected to bolster Hotel Sabrina’s growth and enhance its standing in the hospitality industry.
