Nepal Rastra Bank Releases Latest Open Market Exchange Rates: INR Stable, USD Marginally Higher

Nepal Rastra Bank has published its updated open market exchange rates, reflecting stable conditions for the Indian Rupee (INR) at 160.00 for buying and 160.15 for selling per 100 units.

The US Dollar (USD) edged slightly higher, with buying and selling rates set at 133.34 and 133.94 respectively. The European Euro (EUR) stands at 144.31 for buying and 144.96 for selling, while the UK Pound Sterling (GBP) is quoted at 170.80 and 171.57. The Swiss Franc (CHF) is trading at 148.52 for buying and 149.19 for selling.

Other major currencies include the Australian Dollar (AUD) at 89.88 and 90.29, the Canadian Dollar (CAD) at 97.77 and 98.21, and the Japanese Yen (JPY) at 8.26 and 8.29 for 10 units. The Chinese Yuan (CNY) is priced at 18.33 and 18.41, the Saudi Arabian Riyal (SAR) at 35.55 and 35.71, and the Qatari Riyal (QAR) at 36.57 and 36.73.

Additionally, the UAE Dirham (AED) stands at 36.30 and 36.47, the Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) at 28.37 and 28.49, and the South Korean Won (KRW) at 9.63 and 9.67 for 100 units. The Swedish Kroner (SEK) and Danish Kroner (DKK) are at 12.65/12.71 and 19.34/19.43 respectively.

Finally, the Hong Kong Dollar (HKD) is quoted at 17.07 and 17.15, while the Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and Bahrain Dinar (BHD) are priced at 435.72/437.68 and 353.72/355.31. These rates are indicative of current market trends and will be updated periodically by Nepal Rastra Bank.
