Nagarkot Resort Limited Holds Third AGM

Nagarkot Resort Limited successfully conducted its third Annual General Meeting (AGM) under the chairmanship of Mr. Suren Raut Chhetri, Chairman of the Board of Directors. During the meeting, the board presented and obtained approval for the financial statements, directors’ report, profit and loss account, and cash flow statement for the fiscal year 2081/82.

Strong Financial Performance

In the past fiscal year, Nagarkot Resort reported total revenue of NPR 4.85 crore, generating a net profit of NPR 55 lakh. The resort currently operates 24 well-appointed rooms and continues to provide high-quality hospitality services to its guests.

Expansion and Development Projects

The company has embarked on its second phase of expansion, which includes the construction of a new building, spa, and conference hall. According to the management, the construction work is progressing rapidly, and these additions are expected to enhance the overall guest experience and contribute to Nagarkot Resort’s growth as a premium tourist destination.

Nagarkot Resort Limited is also preparing to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO) to further strengthen its financial base. The company has already received a “BB” credit rating from Care Ratings Nepal, signaling investor confidence and a strong foundation for the upcoming public offering.
