80% Share Issue Successfully Listed
The company had issued 80% right shares (1:0.8 ratio) to its existing shareholders from 12th Ashwin to 26th Ashwin, 2082. Through this issuance, a total of 1,33,92,000 units of shares were offered, which have now been formally listed for trading on NEPSE.
Paid-Up Capital Increases to Rs. 3.01 Arba
City Hotel Limited previously held a paid-up capital of Rs. 1.67 Arba. After adjusting the newly issued shares, the company’s paid-up capital has risen significantly to Rs. 3.01 Arba, strengthening its financial position and future investment capacity.
As of the latest trading session, CITY is observed with a Last Traded Price (LTP) of Rs. 527, reflecting investor confidence following the capital increment and rights listing.
