Chandragiri Hills Limited has officially announced a change in the venue for its upcoming 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The decision was made following the 85th meeting of the company’s Board of Directors held on Mangsir 29, 2082 (December 15, 2025).
As per the revised notice, the AGM will now be held on Poush 23, 2082 (January 7, 2026) at 11:00 AM at the 4D Hall located at the Top Station of Chandragiri Hills, instead of the previously announced Bottom Station premises at Thankot, Kathmandu.
Board Decision Leads to Venue Change
Earlier, the company had issued a public notice stating that the 16th AGM would be conducted at the Bottom Station area of Chandragiri Hills. However, citing special reasons, the company has now shifted the venue to the Top Station’s 4D Hall while keeping the date and time unchanged. The management has requested all shareholders, stakeholders, and concerned parties to take note of the revised venue and make necessary arrangements accordingly.
Meeting to Proceed as Scheduled
Despite the venue change, the AGM will proceed as scheduled on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The company has assured that all statutory matters, including the presentation of annual reports, financial statements, and shareholder discussions, will be conducted as planned. Chandragiri Hills Limited has urged shareholders to attend the AGM at the new venue and participate actively in the company’s annual proceedings.
