The Essence of Hospitality is the same all over the world, and recent technological connections have made the world very small and reachable. The Marriott Hotels has the same principles, discipline, and respect not only for its honorable guests but also for its admirable employees. The perceived service quality is not comparable at all.
Being an associate in the Kathmandu Marriott was a great experience, and unable to know that we are representing not only Marriott Hotel but also the City of Kathmandu itself.
After being attached to Birmingham Marriott 6 months ago, I realized that I am not only representing the Hotel itself but also the City of Birmingham, which made me more responsible to serve the guests from all over the world who are connecting to us by a few hours of flight with different weather, different people, and different topography.
Feeling always motivated.
