Minister for Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation, Badri Prasad Pandey, has emphasized the need for a comprehensive study of the entire aviation safety system. Following discussions with the Prime Minister, Minister Pandey concluded that an in-depth examination of the overall system is necessary.
Speaking at a meeting of the International Relations and Tourism Committee held on Thursday, Minister Pandey highlighted the importance of studying various aspects of aviation accidents, including policy, legal, technical, and human resources factors. “We need to study the entire system,” he stated, pointing out the need to review the aspects of monitoring and regulation in the aviation sector.
Minister Pandey acknowledged the recurring problem of aviation accidents despite previous investigations and reports. He stressed the urgency of ending this issue, stating that the current situation must be addressed to prevent future accidents.
