Basanta Gautam has been elected as the President of the Restaurant & Bar Association Nepal (REBAN) Pokhara. Gautam was elected during the association’s 32nd Annual General Meeting and 17th Convention, held in Pokhara on September 12, 2026.

New Leadership Elected
The convention also elected Development Bhattarai as the First Vice President of REBAN Pokhara. Similarly, Yogesh Bhattarai has been elected as the Second Vice President of the association.

The newly elected leadership is expected to focus on strengthening the restaurant and hospitality sector in Pokhara while addressing the concerns and interests of businesses associated with the industry.

32nd AGM and 17th Convention
The 32nd Annual General Meeting and 17th Convention of REBAN Pokhara brought together representatives and members of the restaurant and bar sector to discuss the association’s activities, priorities and future direction.

The election of the new executive leadership marks a new chapter for REBAN Pokhara, with the association expected to continue working toward the promotion and development of Pokhara’s hospitality and tourism industry.
