Oriental Hotel Limited (OHL) has announced its proposed dividend of 5.26316% for the fiscal year 2080/81. The company’s current paid-up capital stands at Rs. 1.12 Arba. To qualify for the dividend, shareholders must maintain their investment in OHL by the book closure date, which is set for Ashwin 7, 2081. Shareholders registered before this date will be eligible for the dividend and will also have the right to participate in the company’s 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for Ashwin 20, 2081.
