In a significant development for Nepal’s hospitality industry, Royal Tulip, the luxury brand of Louvre Hotels Group, has officially announced its debut in the capital city of Kathmandu with the signing of its first resort in Budhanilkantha. This project, developed by Classic View Resort Limited and managed by Sarovar Hotels in South Asia, marks a pivotal step in enhancing Nepal’s presence in the global luxury travel market.

The initiative is being led by Mr. Mukunda Raj Kunwar, Chairman, and Mr. Aashish Dhakal, Director and Co-Founder of Global Equity Fund Limited, who have played a crucial role in introducing the prestigious Royal Tulip brand to Nepal, establishing a new benchmark for luxury in the region.

Located in the serene foothills of Budhanilkantha, the luxury resort is just a 30-minute drive from Tribhuvan International Airport. Spanning over 26 ropani of land, the resort will feature 75 spacious and meticulously designed rooms, seamlessly blending modern comforts with the breathtaking beauty of Nepal’s natural landscapes. Guests will have access to a grand 500-seat banquet hall, a world-class spa, steam rooms, private Jacuzzis, and a comprehensive array of wellness amenities.

With uninterrupted views of the majestic Himalayas, the resort promises to be a tranquil escape for both domestic and international visitors. The official signing ceremony for the Royal Tulip by Sarovar Hotels & Resorts is scheduled for tomorrow in New Delhi, emphasizing the group’s growing footprint in South Asia.
