Nepal Airlines, officially known as Nepal Airlines Corporation, has announced that it will begin selling international flight tickets from Biratnagar, Pokhara, and Nepalgunj. This initiative aims to facilitate travelers during the upcoming festivals of Dashain, Tihar, and Chhath by making tickets available from these locations.
Previously, the airline only offered international ticket sales from its office in Bhairahawa, outside of Kathmandu. According to Ramesh Poudel, spokesperson for the corporation, arrangements will be made to continue ticket distribution from the Biratnagar, Pokhara, and Nepalgunj offices even after the festive season.
Executive Chairman Yubaraj Adhikari has directed the heads of the relevant departments to ensure that international flight tickets are accessible from these offices during the upcoming festivals and beyond. The statement released by the corporation emphasizes the importance of making travel easier for passengers during busy holiday periods.
In addition to in-person ticket sales, passengers will also have the option to purchase tickets online through the airline’s website or via their mobile devices. The corporation is confident that providing ticketing services from local offices will enhance the effectiveness and convenience of its services for customers.
