Nepal Rastra Bank has set the foreign exchange rates for today, with fluctuations observed in key currencies. While the US Dollar has slightly declined, the exchange rate for the Euro has shown a minor increase.
According to the central bank, the buying rate for the US Dollar today is set at NPR 134.05, while the selling rate is NPR 134.65. This represents a slight decrease from Tuesday’s rates of NPR 134.07 for buying and NPR 134.67 for selling.
Conversely, the Euro has experienced a rise, with the buying rate set at NPR 147.21 and the selling rate at NPR 147.87 today. On Tuesday, the Euro’s buying rate stood at NPR 147.11, and the selling rate was NPR 147.77.
Additionally, the UK Pound Sterling is set at a buying rate of NPR 175.52 and a selling rate of NPR 176.30. The Swiss Franc is being traded at NPR 156.57 for buying and NPR 157.27 for selling.
Other notable currency rates include the Australian Dollar, which is trading at NPR 90.28 for buying and NPR 90.68 for selling, and the Canadian Dollar, with a buying rate of NPR 98.27 and a selling rate of NPR 98.71. The Singapore Dollar is priced at NPR 102.89 for buying and NPR 103.35 for selling.
Among Asian currencies, the Japanese Yen (per 10 units) is priced at NPR 9.06 for buying and NPR 9.10 for selling, while the Chinese Yuan stands at NPR 19.01 for buying and NPR 19.09 for selling. The Saudi Riyal is trading at NPR 35.70 for buying and NPR 35.86 for selling, with the Qatari Riyal priced at NPR 36.77 for buying and NPR 36.93 for selling.
The exchange rate for the Thai Baht is set at NPR 4.01 for buying and NPR 4.03 for selling. The UAE Dirham is priced at NPR 36.50 for buying and NPR 36.66 for selling, while the Malaysian Ringgit stands at NPR 31.27 for buying and NPR 31.41 for selling.
Other rates include the South Korean Won, with 100 units priced at NPR 9.95 for buying and NPR 10.00 for selling, the Swedish Krona at NPR 12.97 for buying and NPR 13.03 for selling, and the Danish Krone, which is trading at NPR 19.74 for buying and NPR 19.83 for selling.
The Hong Kong Dollar has a buying rate of NPR 17.24 and a selling rate of NPR 17.32, while the Kuwaiti Dinar is priced at NPR 437.36 for buying and NPR 439.31 for selling. The Bahraini Dinar is trading at NPR 355.55 for buying and NPR 357.14 for selling.
For Indian Rupees, the exchange rate remains fixed at NPR 160.00 for buying and NPR 160.15 for selling per 100 units.
