An agreement has been signed between Nexgen Management Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and Sauraha’s Hotel Seven, formerly known as Hotel Seven Star, for comprehensive financial consultancy and management services. The agreement was finalized on the 6th of Ashadh 2081 at the hotel’s corporate office located at Narayanhiti North Door. High-ranking officials from both companies were present during the signing ceremony, with the agreement formalized by President Hari Prasad Pathak of Hotel Seven and President Ramesh Kumar Bhattarai of Nexgen Management.
Hotel Seven Pvt. Ltd., established in 2067 in Sauraha, Chitwan, is a two-star hotel that spans 52 acres. The hotel currently features 48 comfortable rooms, a swimming pool, a dedicated restaurant, and three seminar halls. With plans to upgrade to five-star status, the hotel aims to attract both local and international tourists. Planned upgrades include the addition of 30 new rooms, a seminar hall, a gym club, and a continental restaurant. To support this expansion, Hotel Seven intends to increase its capital by bringing in new founding shareholders and issuing shares to the general public.
Nexgen Management Solutions Pvt. Ltd. will play a crucial role in this transformation. The company will assist in restructuring the hotel’s current capital framework, converting it into a limited company, and managing the necessary resources. Nexgen will also handle business planning, marketing, and the public issuance of shares.
