Asian Hotel Limited successfully conducted its first Annual General Meeting (AGM) under the chairmanship of Paras Adhikari, Chairman of the Board of Directors. AGM Endorses Annual Reports and Financial Statements

During the meeting, shareholders approved the Board of Directors’ annual report for the fiscal year 2081/82, along with the audit report and financial statements presented by the management. The AGM also approved necessary revisions to the company’s authorized, issued, and paid-up capital, paving the way for a comprehensive restructuring of the capital framework.
