Bandipur Cable Car and Tourism Limited has entered into a long-term hotel management and franchise partnership with India-based Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, marking a significant milestone in the company’s expansion strategy. The agreement was signed on 2082/08/29 (Nepali calendar) at 3:30 PM local time in New Delhi, India, in accordance with regulatory disclosure requirements.
Under the agreement, Bandipur Cable Car and Tourism Limited has signed a Hotel Operating Agreement and License Agreement with Carnation Hotels Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, for the operation of its hotel property, Hotel Queen Tower, located in Bandipur. The partnership will be effective for a period of 15 years, during which the hotel will be operated under Lemon Tree Hotels’ internationally recognized brand.

Signing Ceremony and Regulatory Disclosure
The agreement was formally signed at Lemon Tree Hotels’ corporate headquarters in New Delhi. On behalf of Bandipur Cable Car and Tourism Limited, Chief Authorized Consultant Bishnu Panthi signed the agreement, while Vilas Pawar, Chief Executive Officer of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, represented the Indian hospitality group.
The company has disclosed the development in line with Securities Listing Regulations, 2075, Regulation 22 (1) (gh), which mandates the timely disclosure of decisions that may have an impact on a company’s share price. As the agreement is considered a material development with potential long-term financial implications, the company notified the concerned authorities accordingly.

As per the agreement, Lemon Tree Hotels will be responsible for the overall management, branding, and operation of the hotel. This includes international branding and marketing, service quality control, human resource development and training, and access to Lemon Tree Hotels’ global reservation and distribution systems.
