Since the night of 13 Magh 2082, heavy snowfall has been reported across several high-altitude regions of Mustang district, including Muktinath, Korala Pass, and most areas of Upper Mustang.
Snowfall has also been recorded along the Mustang-Dolpa Yak Kharka area at 5,800 meters, Mustang-Manang Thorongla Pass at 5,450 meters, Mustang-Manang Saribung Pass at 6,000 meters, Mustang-Manang Mesokundo Pass at 5,245 meters, and along the Mustang-Myagdi Dhaulagiri trekking route (Dampus Peak).

Road Blockages and Travel Warnings
The snowfall has completely blocked the Kali Gandaki Corridor (Kagbeni-Korala section) and the road from Kagbeni to Muktinath. Local authorities have urged travelers and pilgrims not to attempt travel through these areas until conditions improve. In addition, other parts of Mustang may also experience snow and rain, making roads slippery and unsafe.
Tourists, pilgrims, and locals have been advised to check weather forecasts and exercise high levels of caution before traveling in the district.
