Himalaya Airlines has announced the cancellation of its planned Kathmandu-Riyadh-Kathmandu flight, which was scheduled to operate on November 11. The airline had previously planned to launch flights to Saudi Arabia, but this route will not commence as expected.
In an official statement, Himalaya Airlines expressed regret over the cancellation, citing special reasons for the decision. “We regret to inform you that our Kathmandu-Riyadh-Kathmandu flight on November 11 has been canceled due to special reasons. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to your travel plans,” the notice stated.

To support affected passengers, the airline has arranged a complimentary shuttle bus service to the Khalid Fahad Khalid Airport area for those who had already purchased tickets for the flight.
For travelers who prefer not to use the shuttle service, full refunds are available. The airline has assured passengers that its customer service team is ready to assist with refunds and alternative arrangements.

“We appreciate your patience and support during this time. For refunds or alternative arrangements, please contact our customer service team. We apologize for any disruption to your travel plans and thank you for your cooperation,” the statement further mentioned.
Passengers who require further assistance are encouraged to contact Himalaya Airlines’ customer support for more details regarding the cancellation, refunds, and alternative travel options.
