The five-star hotel Hyatt Place, located in Soltimode, Kathmandu, has undergone a brand transformation and is now operating as Hyatt Centric. City Hotel Limited, the operator of the hotel, officially informed the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) of the rebranding via a formal announcement.
Previously functioning under the Hyatt Place brand, the newly rebranded Hyatt Centric spans 10 ropani of land and features 153 rooms. These rooms are designed to reflect Nepal’s rich cultural heritage and ambiance, offering guests a unique and immersive experience.
The hotel boasts a range of modern amenities, including a breakfast bar, Jing World, Jing Sky Bar, banquet halls, conference rooms, and a fully-equipped fitness center. Hyatt Centric introduces a fresh concept in Nepal’s hospitality industry, aiming to enhance the standards of luxury and customer experience.
City Hotel Limited’s shares are currently trading at approximately NPR 860 per share, reflecting its significant presence in the hospitality and real estate market. This rebranding is expected to attract both local and international tourists, reinforcing the hotel’s position as a premier destination in Kathmandu.
