A photography exhibition showcasing Nepal has been held in Sydney, Australia. Organized by the Manghari Foundation on the 11th anniversary of Australia Nepal News, the exhibition featured photographs taken by photographer Bharat Bandhu Thapa.
The exhibition, held under the chief hospitality of Nepal’s Ambassador to Australia, Chitralekha Yadav, included 22 photographs representing all seven provinces of Nepal. On this occasion, Ambassador Yadav emphasized that such photography exhibitions are crucial in promoting tourism for Nepal’s development. She urged all Nepalis living abroad to focus on promoting Nepal and encouraged them to visit Nepal with their families whenever possible.
Consul General of New South Wales (NSW), Sanjeev Sharma, expressed gratitude to photographer Thapa for vividly capturing Nepal’s diverse landscapes, cultural heritage, and the faces of Nepalis. He mentioned that during his tenure, he would give special emphasis on promoting Nepal’s tourism.
During the event, photographer Thapa also presented Ambassador Yadav and Consul General Sharma with a book that reflects the essence of Nepal.
