Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has announced the foreign exchange rates for today, determining the buying and selling rates of various international currencies against the Nepalese Rupee. According to the central bank, the exchange rate for one US dollar has been set at NPR 138.36 for buying and NPR 138.96 for selling. Similarly, one European Euro is valued at NPR 144.44 for buying and NPR 145.07 for selling.

The exchange rate for one British Pound Sterling stands at NPR 174.47 for buying and NPR 175.23 for selling, whereas the Swiss Franc is traded at NPR 153.32 for buying and NPR 153.98 for selling. Additionally, the exchange rate for one Australian Dollar is NPR 88.19 for buying and NPR 88.57 for selling, while one Canadian Dollar is valued at NPR 97.34 for buying and NPR 97.77 for selling. The Singapore Dollar is exchanged at NPR 103.41 for buying and NPR 103.86 for selling, as per NRB’s latest rates.

Regarding Asian currencies, Japan’s Yen is traded at NPR 9.22 for buying and NPR 9.26 for selling per 10 units. Meanwhile, the exchange rate for one Chinese Yuan has been set at NPR 19.06 for buying and NPR 19.14 for selling. The Saudi Arabian Riyal stands at NPR 36.89 for buying and NPR 37.05 for selling, while one Qatari Riyal is valued at NPR 37.96 for buying and NPR 38.12 for selling.

The exchange rate for one Thai Baht is NPR 4.11 for buying and NPR 4.13 for selling, whereas one UAE Dirham is valued at NPR 37.67 for buying and NPR 37.83 for selling. Similarly, the Malaysian Ringgit stands at NPR 31.23 for buying and NPR 31.37 for selling. The exchange rate for the South Korean Won is NPR 9.62 per 100 units for buying and NPR 9.66 for selling. The Swedish Krona is traded at NPR 12.94 for buying and NPR 13.00 for selling, while the Danish Krona is valued at NPR 19.37 for buying and NPR 19.45 for selling.

According to Nepal Rastra Bank, the Hong Kong Dollar has been set at NPR 17.79 for buying and NPR 17.87 for selling. One Kuwaiti Dinar is exchanged at NPR 448.20 for buying and NPR 450.15 for selling, whereas the Bahraini Dinar stands at NPR 367.14 for buying and NPR 368.73 for selling. Similarly, one Omani Rial is valued at NPR 359.38 for buying and NPR 360.94 for selling.

For transactions involving Indian Rupees, NRB has set the exchange rate for 100 Indian Rupees at NPR 160.00 for buying and NPR 160.15 for selling. As Nepal shares an open border and strong trade relations with India, the exchange rate of the Indian Rupee plays a crucial role in Nepal’s economy.
