The Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has announced the official exchange rates for foreign currencies applicable today. According to the central bank, the buying rate for one US dollar has been set at NPR 138.62, while the selling rate is NPR 139.22.
For the Euro, the buying rate is NPR 145.07, and the selling rate is NPR 145.70. Likewise, the British Pound Sterling is being exchanged at a buying rate of NPR 174.40 and a selling rate of NPR 175.15. The Swiss Franc has been priced at NPR 153.67 for buying and NPR 154.34 for selling.
The exchange rate for the Australian Dollar has been fixed at NPR 87.82 for buying and NPR 88.20 for selling, while the Canadian Dollar is valued at NPR 97.71 for buying and NPR 98.14 for selling. Similarly, the Singapore Dollar’s exchange rate is NPR 103.30 for buying and NPR 103.75 for selling.
Regarding Asian currencies, the Japanese Yen’s rate has been set at NPR 9.08 per 10 units for buying and NPR 9.12 for selling. The Chinese Yuan stands at NPR 19.08 for buying and NPR 19.16 for selling. The Saudi Arabian Riyal is exchanged at NPR 36.96 for buying and NPR 37.12 for selling, while the Qatari Riyal is valued at NPR 38.02 for buying and NPR 38.19 for selling.
In addition, the Thai Baht has been priced at NPR 4.12 for buying and NPR 4.13 for selling. The United Arab Emirates Dirham is being exchanged at NPR 37.74 for buying and NPR 37.90 for selling. The Malaysian Ringgit stands at NPR 31.26 for buying and NPR 31.39 for selling. The South Korean Won has been valued at NPR 9.62 per 100 units for buying and NPR 9.66 for selling. Similarly, the Swedish Kroner’s exchange rate is NPR 12.91 for buying and NPR 12.97 for selling, while the Danish Kroner stands at NPR 19.45 for buying and NPR 19.53 for selling.

Among other foreign currencies, the Hong Kong Dollar’s exchange rate has been fixed at NPR 17.81 for buying and NPR 17.89 for selling. The Kuwaiti Dinar is priced at NPR 449.50 for buying and NPR 451.44 for selling. Likewise, the Bahraini Dinar has been valued at NPR 367.78 for buying and NPR 369.37 for selling, while the Omani Riyal is set at NPR 360.04 for buying and NPR 361.60 for selling.
As for the Indian currency, the exchange rate for 100 Indian Rupees has been fixed at NPR 160 for buying and NPR 160.15 for selling. The Nepal Rastra Bank has stated that these rates are subject to change at any time as per market fluctuations.
