Nepal Tourism Board Charts Bold Future with Destination Nepal Brand Audit

The Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) successfully concluded a Pre-Brand Audit Workshop on Destination Nepal on 12 December 2025, as part of its ongoing initiative to strengthen and refine the national tourism brand, “Nepal: Lifetime Experiences!” The workshop aimed to evaluate the current perception of Nepal’s tourism brand and provide strategic inputs for its future evolution in the global tourism landscape.

The workshop was facilitated by Ms. Marie Ange Sylvain-Holmgren, Brand Curator from Image Ark, who shared in-depth insights into the evolution, methodology, and essential elements of curating Nepal’s destination brand identity, which was originally launched in 2019. Her presentation highlighted global branding trends, the importance of authenticity, and how Nepal can leverage its unique offerings to remain competitive in international tourism markets.

Stakeholder Engagement and Collaborative Discussions

Participants included representatives from the travel trade, tourism stakeholders, and branding professionals, who actively engaged in discussions regarding Nepal’s brand essence, positioning, and market relevance.
