The market opened at 2,633.18 and fluctuated throughout the day, reaching an intraday high of 2,648.55 and a low of 2,611.89.
Similarly, the Hotel and Tourism Index also showed signs of improvement, rising by 11.76 points (0.18%) to close at 6,484.29. This modest gain comes after a significant decline of 153.43 points in the prior session.
The Hotel and Tourism Index began trading at 6,472.54 and recorded intraday movements, reaching a high of 6,544.97 and a low of 6,418.81.
The day’s overall performance suggests a minor rebound in the market, with investors closely monitoring sector-specific indices like the Hotel and Tourism Index, which remain a critical focus for Nepal’s economic growth.
