On a positive note, the Hotel and Tourism Index saw an increase of 20.73 points (0.30%), closing at 6,917.28. In contrast to the broader market, the Hotel and Tourism sector had experienced a decline of 56.17 points in the previous session. The index opened at 6,972.2 and also displayed volatility, reaching an intraday low of 6,795.89 and a high of 7,006.28.
Despite the overall decline in NEPSE, the Hotel and Tourism sector showed resilience with a modest recovery in today’s trading session.
