Nigalo Hotel Limited Appoints Muktinath Capital to Manage Public Share Issuance

Nigalo Hotel Limited has formally initiated the process to issue ordinary shares to the public, appointing Muktinath Capital Limited as the sales manager. The agreement was signed during a formal ceremony with Tika Raj Baral, Chairman of Nigalo Hotel, representing the company, and Kabindra Dhoj Joshi, Chief Executive Officer of Muktinath Capital, signing on behalf of the capital firm. Chartered Accountant Anil Paudel was also present, overseeing the proceedings.

The appointment marks a key step toward opening the company to public investment, reflecting growing interest in Nepal’s expanding hospitality and tourism sector. The share issuance aims to raise capital for operational expansion, strengthen market positioning, and promote the hotel as a distinctive destination in Nepal’s competitive tourism landscape.

Public Share Issuance and IPO Details

Nigalo Hotel plans to offer 18,75,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to 25% of the total paid-up capital, to the general public. The process will follow all regulatory requirements to ensure transparency, investor protection, and efficient market access.

The IPO is expected to engage both domestic and international investors, providing an opportunity to participate in a high-end hospitality venture. According to company officials, proceeds from the share issuance will support the hotel’s completion, operational readiness, and strategic expansion in key tourism hubs across Nepal, including Pokhara, Kathmandu, and Chitwan.

Chairman Tika Raj Baral highlighted that the hotel will not only serve as a leisure destination but also generate employment, support local businesses, and contribute positively to the regional economy. “Our vision is to develop Nigalo Hotel as a benchmark for luxury and cultural tourism in Nepal while creating meaningful economic and social impact,” he stated.
