PATA Asks Tourism Professionals to Organise Meetings

PATA has extended an invitation to its members, tourism boards, corporate representatives and other professional parties to arrange meetings with the association’s team at WTM London 2026. Interested participants are asked to get in touch with the organisation in advance to indicate their preferred meeting date, time and venue to help schedule the meetings over the three day event.

The deadline for submitting requests for meetings with PATA is set for 24 October 2026. In addition to the opportunity to set up meetings, visiters will also have the option to utilise a 10% discount on visitor tickets through the association’s member information portal, which the company has announced.

WTM London Offers Global Tourism Business Platform

WTM London provides an international business platform for tourism boards, travel companies, destination marketing organisations and other stakeholders in the travel industry. Through the event, organisations can promote destinations, establish commercial ties, share market knowledge and explore opportunities for partnerships with companies involved in different aspects of the global tourism industry.

The event will be held over three days, on 3–5 November 2026, at ExCeL London. Organisations will find such international travel trade fairs to be valuable for expanding their networks, discovering new business opportunities and collaborating with different professionals who contribute to the development and promotion of tourism destinations.

International Networking Offers Tourism Cooperation Opportunities

PATA’s intentions to participate in WTM London 2026 demonstrate the significance of international trade events for connecting diverse travel-related organizations and establishing valuable business relationships. The cooperation discussions with destination representatives, travel businesses and organisations considering collaboration with PATA will provide participants with potential benefits and opportunities for future partnerships.

For the Asia-Pacific travel industry, international fairs, such as WTM London, offer the possibility to enhance their presence in the global tourism market while establishing valuable professional connections and partnerships. However, the announcement made by PATA concerns the company’s participation and meeting arrangements, without confirming any new partnership, agreement or tourism promotion actions initiated through the event.
