Prabhu Cable Car & Tourism Ltd., established under the umbrella of Prabhu Groups & Companies, has opened its remaining right shares for public auction. The company, primarily focused on constructing cable cars and promoting tourism across Nepal’s major destinations, has made 3,815,020 shares available for interested investors.
According to a notice published by the company, the shares are offered at a minimum bid price of NPR 150 per share, with applicants eligible to apply for a minimum of 1,000 shares and up to the full quantity on offer.

Background of the Rights Issue
Prabhu Cable Car & Tourism Ltd. had previously issued a rights share at a ratio of 1:2.63 from Kartik 9 to Mangsir 15, 2082. After the distribution of these shares, the remaining 3,815,020 unsubscribed right shares have now been put up for auction. The company has stated that interested applicants can participate in the auction until the close of banking hours on Falgun 12.

Existing and Upcoming Cable Car Projects
The company currently has three cable car projects underway. Operational projects include the Siddhartha Cable Car to Palpa’s Nuwakot Gadhi and the Butwal project to the ashram of Sage Kaldeval at the Buddha Kulguru site. Additionally, the company plans to develop cable cars to the Badi Malika Temple in Bajura and the Ichchhakamana Temple in Chitwan in the near future, expanding accessibility to major religious and tourism sites across Nepal.
