Laxmi Capital Market Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the public offering. CARE Ratings Nepal Limited (CRNL) has assigned ‘CARE-NP B+ (Is)’ to the company, indicating a high risk of default in the timely servicing of financial obligations.
Founded on November 13, 2007, Orchid Holdings Ltd. was initially a private limited company and later converted to a public limited company on July 11, 2022. The company operates a four-star hotel named ‘Hotel Crowne Imperial’ in Ravi Bhawan, Kathmandu. The hotel covers 9,136 square meters and features 131 rooms, offering a luxurious experience for both local and international guests.
