In a significant move towards enhancing international employment prospects for Nepali students, Sindhuli College of Hotel Management has forged a strategic partnership with Emosian Creations, based in Okinawa, Japan. The agreement, signed by Samir Dhakal representing the college and Mashiro Isikawa from Emosian Creations, aims to empower Nepali students studying in Japan with employment opportunities upon completion of their education.

Under the terms of the agreement, students who have completed their plus two education in a college located in Kamalamai Municipality-6 of Sindhuli and have obtained a Japanese language N4 proficiency certification will be eligible for automatic employment in Japan. The college, renowned for its comprehensive programs in Hotel Management, Hospitality, and Japanese language education, anticipates that this collaboration will greatly benefit students seeking career opportunities abroad.

“Many of our students have already made remarkable strides in the hospitality industry both domestically and internationally,” said Samir Dhakal, Chief of Sindhuli College of Hotel Management. “This agreement marks a new chapter in our commitment to providing top-tier education and ensuring employment opportunities for our graduates.”

Dhakal highlighted the success stories of former students who are currently employed in prestigious five-star hotels and resorts across countries such as Dubai, Qatar, Bahrain, Malaysia, and Kuwait, citing their competitive salaries and career growth prospects as a testament to the quality of education offered by the college.

“With the increasing global demand for skilled professionals in hotel management, our enrollment numbers continue to rise,” Dhakal added. “Our focus remains on nurturing talent that not only meets industry standards but also excels in managerial and entrepreneurial roles.”

Established seven years ago in Ratmata, Sindhuli, the college has emerged as a beacon of educational excellence in the region, attracting students with its specialized curriculum and promising career opportunities in the hospitality sector. As the popularity of hotel management education grows across Nepal, institutions like Sindhuli College are instrumental in preparing students for success in the competitive global marketplace.
