Tourism entrepreneurs have increasingly invested in Suryachaur, recognizing its potential as a prime tourist destination. The development of hotels and restaurants in the area has significantly enhanced the visitor experience, providing refreshing accommodations amidst natural beauty.

Prominent tourism professionals, including Nepal Tourism Board Vice Chairman Kamal Sapkota and entrepreneurs Rajan Singhda, JV Singh, Hemraj Baral, and Krishna Ghimire, have collectively invested Rs. 70 million to establish the Suryachaur Nature Retreat. This new establishment aims to cater to the growing number of tourists, offering sophisticated amenities and services.

Govinda Prasad Thapaliya, Chair of Shivapuri Rural Municipality, emphasized the municipality’s commitment to holistic development by prioritizing investments in both agriculture and tourism. “In addition to the natural resources within Shivapuri, the municipality has focused on protecting waterfalls and temples,” Thapaliya stated.
