The Meteorological Forecasting Division has reported that the current weather pattern in Nepal is being influenced by westerly and local winds, along with partial effects from moisture-laden winds originating from the Bay of Bengal and the Arabian Sea. As a result, the weather across the country is expected to remain partly to generally cloudy, particularly during the afternoon and nighttime hours today.

The Division has forecast light to moderate rainfall accompanied by thunder and lightning in some areas of the high-hilly regions of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, and Sudurpaschim Provinces. Additionally, there is a likelihood of light rain and snowfall at one or two locations in the high-hilly and mountainous regions of the country. Authorities have advised the public, especially those residing in hilly and mountainous regions, to remain cautious due to possible weather-related disruptions.
