In a strategic move set to reshape regional tourism flows, CG Hospitality Global, the hospitality arm of CG Corp Global, has announced a landmark partnership with the Philippine Department of Tourism (DOT PH) to drive tourism from India to the Philippines over the next three years. The collaboration aims to leverage India’s rapidly growing outbound travel market, projected to see over 50 million travelers annually, positioning Indian tourists as a priority for Philippine tourism development.
The agreement was formalized in Manila between Philippine Tourism Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco and Rahul Chaudhary, MD & CEO of CG Hospitality Global, marking a first-of-its-kind public-private collaboration focused on market development, joint promotions, and sustainable tourism growth between the two countries.

The Farm at San Benito: Wellness Flagship
At the heart of this partnership is The Farm at San Benito, a multi-award-winning eco-luxury wellness resort south of Manila. Spanning 52 hectares of lush greenery with views of Mount Malarayat, the resort offers medically supervised holistic health programs, combining natural therapies and modern wellness innovations. With over 70 exclusive suites, villas, and residences, The Farm provides a life-changing experience for global travelers. The property is also set to officially join the prestigious Marriott Autograph Collection, further enhancing its global recognition.
Rahul Chaudhary highlighted the strategic importance of India in the partnership, stating, “India is one of the world’s most powerful outbound markets. With this collaboration, we are committed to creating seamless pathways for millions of Indians to experience the Philippines’ natural beauty, world-class wellness offerings, and warm hospitality.”
Philippine Tourism Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco added, “It’s a beautiful day for the Philippines to partner with a premier hospitality brand like CG Hospitality. Our mandate is to act swiftly and deliver on our commitments, ensuring meaningful tourism exchanges and growth.”
Expansion Plans and Cross-Border Collaboration
CG Hospitality Global is planning an aggressive expansion strategy, aiming to open 20 new properties over the next five years and exploring a project similar to The Farm in India. The company currently manages a diversified portfolio of over 225 hotels and resorts across 12 countries, with a strong presence in India through more than 150 hotels under the Fern Series by Marriott, projected to expand to 500 hotels by 2030.
The company’s global footprint includes iconic properties such as Taj Exotica Resort & Spa (Maldives), Jetwing Vil Uyana & Taj Samudra (Sri Lanka), Meghauli Serai – A Taj Safaris Lodge (Nepal), Fairmont Mara Safari Club (Kenya), and DoubleTree by Hilton JFK Airport, New York. By 2028, CG Hospitality Global expects to operate over 600 hotels with 30,000 keys, reinforcing its position as a major player in international hospitality.
Strengthening India-Philippines Tourism Ties
This partnership reflects a shared vision of deepening cross-border collaboration by promoting wellness tourism, facilitating travel experiences, and enhancing investment and hospitality ties between India and the Philippines. By positioning The Farm at San Benito as a wellness flagship, the alliance aims to attract health-conscious Indian travelers seeking transformative experiences in an eco-luxury setting.

Through joint promotions, market development strategies, and leveraging CG Hospitality’s strong Indian network, both the Philippines and CG Hospitality are poised to unlock substantial growth in inbound tourism, fostering cultural exchange and economic benefits for both nations.
The collaboration also reinforces the Philippines’ ambition to attract high-value tourists and strengthen India as a key source market, positioning wellness and eco-luxury experiences at the forefront of regional tourism development.
