The Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) is set to showcase Nepal’s diverse and immersive travel experiences at the Thai International Travel Fair (TITF) 2026, one of Thailand’s largest and most influential tourism exhibitions. The four-day event will be held from January 22 to 25, 2026, at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre in Bangkok, with Nepal’s pavilion located in Hall 5–6.
Through its participation, NTB aims to further strengthen Nepal’s presence in the Southeast Asian tourism market and promote the country as a year-round destination offering spirituality, adventure, culture, and nature-based experiences.

Strong Presence of Nepali Tourism Industry
Nepal will be represented at Stall No. AC379–AC390, where NTB will be joined by 11 leading travel and trekking companies from Nepal. The collective participation reflects a strong public–private partnership aimed at promoting Nepal’s tourism offerings directly to Thai travelers, tour operators, and international travel trade professionals attending the fair.
The participating companies include Image Travel and Expedition Pvt. Ltd.; Nepal Hiking Team Pvt. Ltd.; Broad Adventure Pvt. Ltd.; Nepal Social Treks and Expedition Pvt. Ltd.; Pearl Holidays Pvt. Ltd.; Core Trek Pvt. Ltd.; Trekking Guide Team Adventure Pvt. Ltd.; Nepal Big Mountain Travel Company Pvt. Ltd.; Go Nepal Travel, Tours and Trekking Pvt. Ltd.; Mountain Great Adventure Pvt. Ltd.; and Destinago Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. These companies represent a wide range of expertise in trekking, adventure tourism, cultural tours, spiritual journeys, and tailor-made travel experiences.
Thailand: A Key Tourism Market for Nepal
Thailand continues to be one of Nepal’s most important tourism source markets in Southeast Asia. The strong tourism relationship between the two countries is supported by daily direct flights and more than 20 weekly air services, making travel between Nepal and Thailand both accessible and convenient.
Tourism stakeholders note that Thai travelers show growing interest in experiential travel, wellness tourism, pilgrimage journeys, and nature-based holidays, areas where Nepal offers unique and authentic experiences. NTB’s participation at TITF 2026 is strategically designed to capitalize on this interest and further expand Nepal’s visibility among Thai outbound travelers.
Promoting Spiritual, Cultural, and Adventure Tourism
At the fair, NTB will showcase Nepal’s diverse tourism offerings, ranging from the sacred birthplace of Lord Buddha in Lumbini to the awe-inspiring Himalayan landscapes, vibrant heritage cities such as Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, and Patan, and a wide array of adventure activities, including trekking, mountaineering, rafting, and wildlife safaris.
Special emphasis will be placed on spiritual and meaningful travel experiences, which resonate strongly with Thai visitors. Nepal’s centuries-old Buddhist and Hindu heritage, living traditions, monasteries, meditation centers, and pilgrimage routes continue to attract travelers seeking inner peace and cultural depth beyond conventional leisure tourism.
Strengthening Partnerships and People-to-People Ties
According to NTB, participation in TITF 2026 is not only about destination promotion but also about strengthening tourism partnerships and people-to-people connections between Nepal and Thailand. The fair offers a vital platform for business-to-business meetings, networking with tour operators, and interaction with media representatives from across the region.
NTB officials believe that closer collaboration with Thai travel trade partners will help develop new travel products, improve market access, and encourage repeat visits to Nepal.

Invitation to Explore Nepal
The Nepal Pavilion at TITF 2026 warmly welcomes visitors, travel trade professionals, and media representatives to explore Nepal’s unique blend of spirituality, nature, culture, and adventure. Through interactive displays, promotional materials, and direct engagement with Nepali tourism entrepreneurs, visitors will gain insights into how Nepal offers personalized and transformative travel experiences.
NTB expressed confidence that its participation at the fair will contribute to increased tourist arrivals from Thailand and reinforce Nepal’s image as a destination that offers more than just a holiday, inviting travelers to experience the country in their own meaningful way.
