Nepal Airlines Cancels Dammam Flights Amid Ongoing Middle East Situation

Nepal Airlines has announced the cancellation of its scheduled flights on the Kathmandu–Dammam–Kathmandu route due to the evolving situation in the Middle East, urging passengers to stay updated through official channels for further information.

In a public notice issued to passengers, the national flag carrier confirmed that Flight RA 241/242 operating between Kathmandu and Dammam, scheduled for February 28 and March 1, 2026, has been cancelled until further notice. The airline cited safety and operational considerations linked to the current regional circumstances as the reason for the suspension.

Nepal Airlines has requested all affected travelers to regularly check the airline’s official website and social media platforms for updates regarding the resumption of services. The carrier stated that further information about flight schedules will also be communicated directly to passengers through the email addresses provided during ticket booking. Airline officials emphasized that the decision was taken after assessing the situation and prioritizing passenger safety and operational reliability.

The airline clarified that the cancellation is a temporary measure and that services on the route will resume once conditions are deemed suitable for safe and smooth operations.
