Nepal Airlines Corporation has announced the cancellation of selected Middle East flights following renewed airspace restrictions in the region.
In an official notice issued on 5 May 2026 (2083/01/22), the national flag carrier stated that ongoing developments in the Middle East have led to the closure of airspace under a new NOTAM (Notice to Air Missions), affecting scheduled operations.
Flights Cancelled of Nepal Airlines
The airline has confirmed the cancellation of the following services:
- Kathmandu–Dammam (RA 241): Scheduled for 6 May 2026
- Dammam–Kathmandu (RA 242): Scheduled for 7 May 2026

Nepal Airlines Corporation expressed regret over the disruption, stating that the cancellations were unavoidable due to circumstances beyond operational control.
