In the Hotel and Tourism sector, the index also experienced a downturn. It closed at 6,639.42 points, down by 19.70 points, or 0.29%, from the previous day’s close. This follows a previous session that saw the sector index increase by 31.11 points.
The Hotel and Tourism Index began the day at 6,734.97 points, hitting an intraday high, before dropping to an intraday low of 6,581.76 points and finally closing at 6,639.42 points.
