NATTA Announces Key 59th AGM On Shrawan 29, 2083 and Executive Election to Shape Tourism Leadership

The Nepal Association of Tour and Travel Agents (NATTA) has officially announced that its 59th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and 25th Executive Committee Election will be held on Friday, August 14, 2026 (Shrawan 29, 2083) at Hotel Soaltee, Tahachal, Kathmandu.

The decision was made during the Executive Committee meeting held on Ashadh 24, 2083 in accordance with the provisions of the NATTA Constitution. The meeting approved the schedule for the AGM and election as stipulated under Chapter 8, Clause 31 of the association’s statute.

Election to Shape NATTA’s New Leadership

The AGM will also include the election of the association’s 25th Executive Committee, which will be responsible for leading one of Nepal’s oldest and most influential tourism organisations.

The election is expected to play an important role in determining NATTA’s future direction as the country’s tourism industry continues its post-pandemic recovery and works toward expanding international arrivals, improving travel services and strengthening Nepal’s global tourism presence.

Reports and Agenda to Be Shared with Members

According to NATTA, the annual reports and detailed programme schedule will be sent to all members via email through the association’s secretariat. The organisation has formally invited all eligible members to attend the Annual General Meeting and actively participate in the election process.

Gathering of Nepal’s Travel Trade Community

The AGM is expected to bring together tour operators, travel agencies and tourism entrepreneurs from across Nepal to review the association’s activities, discuss plans and elect a new executive leadership.
