A total of 117 tourists have been rescued from the flood-affected areas of Rasuwa following the devastating flash flood in the Bhote Koshi River. The rescue operation has focused on evacuating tourists and other individuals stranded in areas affected by the sudden rise in river levels and flooding.
According to the latest details, the rescued tourists include 85 Indian nationals, 9 South Korean nationals, 16 Chinese nationals, 2 nationals from the United States, and 2 Italian nationals. The nationalities of three rescued tourists remain unidentified.
