The hotel’s two Family Rooms offer approximately 35 square meters of space, providing additional comfort for families and longer stays. The overall accommodation concept combines functionality and spacious layouts to meet the needs of individual travelers, families, corporate guests, and groups visiting the Greater Copenhagen region in Denmark.
Dining and Social Spaces at the Heart of the Hotel
The ground floor has been designed as the hotel’s central social hub, bringing together the reception, dining area, lounge, and bar in an integrated space. The layout is intended to support both informal meetings and relaxed social gatherings.

The hotel officially opened on August 4, 2026, and operates under the Radisson Individuals brand, which brings independently operated hotels with distinctive identities into the Radisson Hotel Group network.
Focus on Sustainable Operations
The hotel has received Green Key certification, an international environmental certification for the hospitality sector. Its sustainability initiatives include leasing high-quality linen instead of purchasing it and reusing or reselling furniture to extend product lifecycles and reduce resource consumption. The operator is also piloting daily food-waste measurement across its Danish hotels as part of efforts to improve waste management and support more sustainable hotel operations.
