Nepal Rastra Bank has released the latest open market exchange rates for various currencies. The Indian Rupee (INR) is trading at NPR 160.00 for buying and NPR 160.15 for selling per 100 units. The U.S. Dollar (USD) is set at NPR 134.02 for buying and NPR 134.62 for selling.
Key currency rates include the European Euro (EUR) at NPR 147.58 buying and NPR 148.24 selling, the UK Pound Sterling (GBP) at NPR 172.34 buying and NPR 173.11 selling, and the Swiss Franc (CHF) at NPR 154.69 buying and NPR 155.39 selling.
Other notable rates are the Australian Dollar (AUD) at NPR 88.86 buying and NPR 89.26 selling, the Canadian Dollar (CAD) at NPR 97.79 buying and NPR 98.22 selling, and the Singapore Dollar (SGD) at NPR 101.73 buying and NPR 102.19 selling.
The Japanese Yen (JPY) is trading at NPR 9.10 for buying and NPR 9.14 for selling per 10 units. The Chinese Yuan (CNY) is at NPR 18.72 buying and NPR 18.81 selling per unit.
Additional currencies and their respective rates include the Saudi Arabian Riyal (SAR) at NPR 35.71 buying and NPR 35.87 selling, the Qatari Riyal (QAR) at NPR 36.75 buying and NPR 36.92 selling, and the UAE Dirham (AED) at NPR 36.49 buying and NPR 36.65 selling.
In the Asian markets, the South Korean Won (KRW) is trading at NPR 9.87 buying and NPR 9.91 selling per 100 units, while the Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) is at NPR 30.22 buying and NPR 30.35 selling.
Other currency rates include the Swedish Kroner (SEK) at NPR 12.82 buying and NPR 12.87 selling, the Danish Kroner (DKK) at NPR 19.78 buying and NPR 19.86 selling, and the Hong Kong Dollar (HKD) at NPR 17.20 buying and NPR 17.28 selling.
The Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) is the highest valued currency in the list, trading at NPR 438.19 buying and NPR 440.15 selling. The Bahrain Dinar (BHD) is also strong, trading at NPR 355.56 buying and NPR 357.15 selling.
