Saffron, Butwal’s first five-star hotel, is approaching its final stages of preparation. The hotel, developed by Saffron CK Pvt Ltd, will operate under the prestigious international chain, Hotel Hyatt.
Directors of the project, including Bhumiraj Paudel, have announced that preparations are underway to inaugurate the hotel before Dashain. The total investment in the hotel, including the land, amounts to four billion rupees.
Saffron boasts 107 rooms and features a range of high-end amenities. In addition to its luxurious accommodations, the hotel will offer a restaurant, swimming pool, conference and banquet halls, a casino, and a spa.
Strategically located 24 kilometers from Bhairahawa’s international airport, the hotel is complemented by the Butwal International Convention Center (BICC), which accommodates 3,000 people, and an international exhibition center with a capacity of 10,000 people.
The ownership of the hotel include Chunnu Prasad Paudel, Kamal Kishore Malpani, Narishwor Paudel, Umashankar Malpani, Bhumiraj Paudel, and Shravan Beriwal. Hotel Hyatt will manage the operations, ensuring the hotel meets international standards of hospitality and service.
The opening of Saffron marks a significant milestone for Butwal, enhancing its status as a prominent destination in the region.
