Sher Bahadur Deuba, President of the Nepali Congress, has appointed ten new members to the party’s Tourism Department. This decision aligns with Article 25 (9) of the Nepali Congress Constitution, 2017 (as amended), under which central member Angelu Sherpa will lead the department.
The newly appointed members are Khum Subedi, Bir Bahadur Mahara, Deependra Pandey ‘Kapil’, Lucky Karki Chhetri, Chhiring Dolma Sherpa, Dinesh Magar, Yagyamurti Acharya, Ram Prasad Panjiyar, Ishwor Lamichhane, and Junga Bahadur Lama.
The appointments were announced today by Chief Secretary Krishna Prasad Paudel, marking a significant step in shaping the party’s focus on tourism.
