Nepal Rastra Bank has set the foreign exchange rates for Sunday. According to the central bank, the buying rate for one US dollar has been fixed at NPR 133.93, while the selling rate is NPR 134.53.
For the Euro, the buying rate is NPR 148.49, and the selling rate is NPR 148.16. The buying rate for one British Pound Sterling is NPR 175.70, with the selling rate at NPR 176.48. Similarly, one Swiss Franc is set at a buying rate of NPR 158.11 and a selling rate of NPR 158.82.
The Australian dollar’s buying rate is NPR 89.65, and the selling rate is NPR 90.05, while the Canadian dollar is at a buying rate of NPR 98.55 and a selling rate of NPR 98.99. For the Singapore dollar, the buying rate is NPR 103.07, and the selling rate is NPR 103.54.
For 10 Japanese Yen, the buying rate is NPR 9.51, and the selling rate is NPR 9.56. One Chinese Yuan is set at a buying rate of NPR 18.88, with a selling rate of NPR 18.96. The buying rate for one Saudi Arabian Riyal is NPR 35.69, and the selling rate is NPR 35.85. Similarly, one Qatari Riyal is fixed at a buying rate of NPR 36.74 and a selling rate of NPR 36.90.
The buying rate for one Thai Baht is NPR 4.01, and the selling rate is NPR 4.03. The UAE Dirham is at a buying rate of NPR 36.46 and a selling rate of NPR 36.63. For the Malaysian Ringgit, the buying rate is NPR 31.14, and the selling rate is NPR 31.29. South Korean Won per 100 is set at a buying rate of NPR 10.08 and a selling rate of NPR 10.12. The Swedish Krona is set at a buying rate of NPR 13.06, with a selling rate of NPR 13.12, while the Danish Kroner is at NPR 19.90 for buying and NPR 19.99 for selling.
The Hong Kong Dollar is fixed at a buying rate of NPR 17.17 and a selling rate of NPR 17.25. One Kuwaiti Dinar is set at NPR 438.93 for buying and NPR 440.89 for selling. Similarly, the Bahraini Dinar has a buying rate of NPR 355.34 and a selling rate of NPR 355.93. The Indian Rupee per 100 is fixed at a buying rate of NPR 160 and a selling rate of NPR 160.15.
Nepal Rastra Bank has stated that the exchange rates can be revised at any time if necessary. However, the rates provided by commercial banks may vary, and the updated rates are available on the central bank’s website.
