A productive meeting addressing parking management and safety measures at Lakeside was held at the office of the Pokhara Tourism Council. The discussion included key stakeholders, with Ward No. 6 Chairperson Mr. Bishnu Bahadur Bhattarai, representatives from Nepal Police, Traffic Police, Tourist Police, and heads and representatives of council-affiliated organizations in attendance.
The collaborative meeting resulted in positive agreements aimed at improving parking facilities and enhancing security for both locals and tourists in the Lakeside area. Attendees recognized the importance of efficient parking management and robust security protocols to maintain Lakeside’s reputation as a safe and accessible destination.
With this joint initiative, Pokhara’s Ward No. 6 aims to boost tourism experiences and ensure a well-regulated environment for visitors, reflecting the commitment of local authorities to sustainable tourism growth.
