A Buddha Air flight, originating from Kathmandu and bound for Bhairahawa, has been diverted to Pokhara. The flight, with the number BHA 851, took off from Tribhuvan International Airport and was en route to Gautam Buddha International Airport when the diversion occurred.
According to Pratap Babu Tiwari, the General Manager of Gautam Buddha International Airport, the airport has not yet resumed operations. Additionally, visibility issues in Pokhara since early this morning have grounded flights, preventing departures.
The lack of visibility in Bhairahawa has caused further delays, with flights unable to depart as planned.
