Kabita Nepali, the well-known actress and dancer, recently completed the shoot for her debut feature film Eklo, where she plays one of the lead roles. While her passion extends to acting and dancing, she is also deeply enthusiastic about trekking and mountaineering. Following the Eklo shoot, Kabita shifted her focus to a challenging new pursuit: mountain climbing.
On Thursday, she successfully scaled Lobuche Peak, standing at 6,119 meters. She achieved this feat through the guidance of Nirmal Purja’s Elite Exped, reaching the summit at 6:54 a.m. Kabita shared her accomplishment on social media, expressing gratitude and humility for this milestone.
“This was my first opportunity to stand on the summit of a mountain,” she wrote. “I felt incredibly humbled, surrounded by the elements of wind, rock, and sky. At this height, I experienced a moment of peace and self-discovery that I hadn’t realized was missing from my life.”
Apart from her upcoming film, Kabita is known for her television and music video appearances. She gained popularity as the winner of the Indian franchise TV reality show Boogie Woogie and her performance in Sajjan Raj Vaidya’s recent hit music video Suna Kancha was widely appreciated.
Kabita’s successful climb adds another remarkable achievement to her diverse career, and she continues to inspire with her dedication to both her artistic and adventurous passions.
