Popular actress and renowned dancer Kavita Nepali has successfully climbed two of the world’s highest mountains Mount Everest (8,848 meters) and Mount Lhotse (8,516 meters) within the span of two days. The impressive feat was confirmed by her expedition team, Elite Exped, through their official social media channels on Sunday and Monday.
Elite Exped is a well-known mountaineering company led by world-famous climber Nirmal “Nims” Purja. Kavita had already shared a glimpse of her journey last week by posting a photo from Camp II of Everest, hinting at her upcoming achievement.

Alongside Kavita, several other climbers reached the summits of both Everest and Lhotse during this spring climbing season, which is currently at its peak. On Sunday, she was part of a group of nine climbers, including foreign nationals, who stood atop the world’s highest peak.
Kavita Nepali is not only recognized for her contribution to the entertainment industry but also for her passion for adventure. Her mountaineering accomplishment adds a new dimension to her public image. She made her acting debut with the film ‘Eklo’, which is currently being showcased at the Cannes Film Festival Market, adding to her rising international profile.
