AirHelp Inc. has unveiled the rankings of the world’s top 10 best and worst airlines based on customer service, amenities, and punctuality. The study, released on Tuesday, analyzed data collected from January to October 2024.
The rankings were determined by evaluating airlines on several criteria, including customer complaints, onboard service quality (such as food and amenities), baggage handling, and adherence to flight schedules.
Worst Airlines List
Tunisair was ranked the worst airline globally, occupying the 109th position. Following closely were other low-ranking carriers such as Buzz Airlines (108th), Bulgaria Air, and Pegasus Airlines. India’s Indigo Airlines made the list at 103rd place, reflecting concerns over its customer satisfaction and operational performance.
Best Airlines List
At the top of the best airlines list is Brussels Airlines, celebrated for its exceptional service and punctuality. Qatar Airways secured the second spot, continuing its streak of excellence in global aviation.
