KMC Group has officially launched the Best Western Plus Kathmandu in Gaushala, Kathmandu, marking a significant milestone in Nepal’s hospitality industry. Managed by Ryne Hotel Limited, this four-star property is part of the globally renowned American hotel brand, established with an investment of NPR 1.5 billion.
Strategically located in Pingalasthan, the hotel promises to deliver world-class services by blending Nepali and Western cultural elements. It features 87 elegantly designed rooms, including 4 suites, 7 premium, 12 super deluxe, and 61 deluxe rooms. Each room is equipped with modern amenities such as flat-screen televisions, minibars, premium toiletries, and showers.
The hotel boasts two culinary spaces: Sunrise Cafe, serving diverse cuisines, and La Vista Rooftop Restaurant, offering panoramic views along with Nepali and international delicacies. Additional amenities include a health club, spa, swimming pool, steam and sauna rooms, and two multipurpose halls capable of accommodating 600 to 650 guests, making it ideal for events and conferences.
With 150 staff members employed directly, the hotel also contributes significantly to local employment. Furthermore, plans to launch an Initial Public Offering (IPO) are underway, reflecting the company’s commitment to community involvement and financial transparency.
