Citizens Bank International Limited has entered into a strategic partnership with Hilton Kathmandu, located in Naxal, to offer exclusive benefits to its customers. Under the new agreement, Citizens Bank debit and credit cardholders, privilege cardholders, and mobile banking users will enjoy a 10% discount at Hilton Kathmandu. This initiative is aimed at encouraging the use of digital transactions over cash payments, thereby enhancing customer convenience and fostering the adoption of digital banking solutions.

Continuing its commitment to innovation, Citizens Bank has been introducing a range of customer-centric digital services. Notably, the bank recently received the prestigious “Bank of the Year 2024” award and launched Nepal’s first virtual credit card in collaboration with Fonepay. Additional advancements include the ability to apply for shares and access CRN services via mobile banking, as well as enabling cross-bank teller QR withdrawals, all designed to simplify and digitize the banking experience.
